These terms cover how GlowCare, including GlowCare Pro subscriptions, may be used. They work together with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a GlowCare account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use GlowCare.
The Service
GlowCare helps you track your beauty products, build AI-generated skincare routines, get product buy/skip advice, and share progress with a community. Free and Pro tiers are described in the app and on the paywall screen; features may change over time.
Subscriptions & Billing
GlowCare Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds
All purchases are billed through Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by GlowCare directly — see Apple's support site to request one.
AI-Generated Content
Routines, product advice, and Glow Score tips are generated by AI based on the information you provide and are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consulting a dermatologist, especially if you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant/breastfeeding. Always patch-test new products and follow manufacturer instructions.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. GlowCare is not intended for children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Community Content & Conduct
When you post in the Community feed, you keep ownership of your content but grant GlowCare a licence to display it in the app. Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. You can report a post or block another user directly from the Community tab. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to bypass subscription/paywall restrictions, scraping or automating access to the app's backend, reverse-engineering the app, or using it to harm, harass, or deceive others.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GlowCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any skin reaction, product interaction, or other outcome resulting from following AI-generated recommendations or from products you choose to purchase or use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using GlowCare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
